Take a ride on these custom, double-decker, dome-roofed railcars that travel between Anchorage and Fairbanks. Operated by Gray Line of Alaska, the Mckinley Explorer is comprised of custom, luxurious coaches are one of the best ways to travel in Alaska. Your seat on the top deck featues a 360 degree viewing area through plate glass, dome windows. A complete dining room downstairs accomodates a full half of the railcar's passengers at a time, and there is an open air viewing deck on every car. Your railcar's dedicated Car Manager will serve as your guide during your trip; and as an accompaniment to the live narration, a satellite-triggered audio system which will tell you when particular points of interest are passed.
