Take a complete wilderness and wildlife viewing trip in Denali National Park and spend the next 2 nights at an exclusive Lodge deep in the park. Join the many activities at the Lodge from hiking, biking, gold panning, Natural History presentations and Wonder Lake shuttles to simply relaxing with a book from our Natural History Library in one of the riverside Gazebos. Explore the park some more before connecting with the train to Anchorage.

After leaving Fairbanks, the train crosses the Tanana River via one of the world's longest single-span bridges. Pass through the scenic Nenana River Canyon, a popular spot for whitewater rafting immediately before arriving at Denali. After departing Denali, ross the 918-foot Hurricane Gulch trestle, 296 feet above the creek below.  South of Talkeetna, keep an eye out for wildlife and magnificent views of Mt. McKinley. Weather permitting, the train will slow to allow passengers to take photos.
